About Shelly

Hi, my name is Shelly Cox and "I LOVE WHAT I DO!" As an Illinois Native, and seasoned real estate professional, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and strive every day to exceed their expectations. 

     I grew up in the Peoria area and am a proud graduate of Bradley University, graduating with honors of Summa Cum Laude. Prior to my career in real estate, I was an educator in Dunlap where I lived for twenty years. Having navigated my three children through the Dunlap School District, as well as teaching, helped me gain an understanding of the diverse needs of families and the community. My intimate knowledge of the area, and my experiences of having lived here all my life give me the enthusiasm and desire to make my home your home.

     Best of all, I am on am AMAZING team, which is more like a family. Each team member brings something different and unique to our group, and together we are all dedicated to providing high quality service to our clients and make their home dreams come true.

     But, of course I have a personal life. I am blessed to have LOTS of family in the area and love spending time with my family and friends. Being an active person and loving the outdoors, I enjoy long walks with my husband and dog, Benny. Traveling to see new places, camping, and going to the movies are a few of my favorites as well.
